Q I'm not very 'techie' - will I be able to master print on demand?

A With our step-by-step training, we're sure you'll have your store set up in no time. With our Live Workshop, you will be able to ask us to pause, repeat or clarify things as we go. With our Video Course you have ongoing access to the tutorials, so you can re-watch the videos any time you need a refresher. Plus everyone who attends a Workshop or purchases our Video Course is invited into our free POD123 Academy Facebook Group, where you'll find even more help.

Q Who are the 'we' in POD123?

A We are Marie Walker and Jo Wildsmith, and we have combined all our print on demand knowledge, experience and expertise to bring you POD123 Workshops, Video Courses and our Done-For-You Service.

Marie is a seasoned professional in the print industry, having run her family print business for over 20 years. She is passionate about POD and its possibilities, so when she dscovered Jo it seemed to be a no-brainer to team up! Marie is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which gives her not only lots of beautiful countryside and peaceful surroundings, but also a huge advantage when our POD123 site owners want to sell to the EU and NI.

Jo has been successfully selling clothing, accessories, homewares and books without having to invest in, store, print, or pack and post anything herself, thanks to the magic of POD, since she realised she didn't need to do it all herself more than a decade ago. Jo has a succesful sales background and now also talks about print on demand on her YouTube channel, Jo Wildsmith POD & Passive Income.

Q What is the POD123 Academy Facebook Group all about? Can I join it?

A The POD123 Academy Facebook Group is strictly for members only, and membership is only granted to those who have taken our POD123 Workshop or Video Course. There is no option to purchase membership of this private Facebook Group; it is purely a benefit available to our POD123 customers. Inside the membership we give futher hints, tips and training, along with regular Q&A sessions.

Q I don't have time to set up my own store. Will you do it for me?

A We do offer a fully bespoke Done-for-You service, but, as there are so many permutations for your dream store, get in touch with us and we will provide a quote based on your requirements, such as number of designs, variation of products, etc. Don't worry, we will go through it all with you. You can email us directly on hello@pod123.co.uk to start the ball rolling. And, please note, there's no obligation to go ahead after we send you your DFY quote.

Q I can't make the next POD123 Workshop but I'd love to do it. When will the next one be?
